This is a drafted view of the project location and includes any existing and planned structures, driveways, well, septic, etc.  It can also include utility locations

This is the floor plan view, showing the interior layout of the building.

This sheet includes the North, South, East, and West side views of the building.

This sheet shows the cross-section views of the building.  These views are typically required where any complex framing may occur.  They also show insulation and framing components in the section.

This sheet is required during additions and renovation projects.  It shows the existing floor plan and any walls or fixtures that may be removed.

Details may show connections between framing members, foundation connections, and many other project details/descriptions

Shows basic exterior 3D views

High detail, realistic images of building.  Interior and exterior renderings are available.  Renderings show surface finishes and textures, colors, furniture, appliances, etc.

We can provide you a ResCheck compliance passing certificate if one is required.
